Have you created a book trailer to promote your book. There are other video sites besides youtube that you need to be aware. As in any marketing campaign you need to promote your video trailer on as many video sites as possible. A couple of years ago, we came across a website that listed the highest traffic video sites you can use to post your video trailer.
